Asset templates

Asset templates allows admins, uploaders & uploader publishers to upload, edit and manage all assets within the Brand Hub.

It includes the following features:

• Keyword management – admins can build a keyword tree and assign keywords to assets, aiding navigation and allowing assets to be discovered more easily
• Asset upload – multiple upload methods allow assets to be uploaded individually or in bulk to pre-defined templates, automatically applying keywords and metadata
• Asset edit – assets can be easily edited individually or in bulk

Permissions

Only uploaders, uploader/publishers and admins are able to manage asset templates. These users will find the following additional features available to allow them to manage assets.
