Brand Hub file types

This document outlines the file formats that are compatible with the Brand Hub image processor and the Create Your Own module.

Image processing

The below lists indicate which file formats are compatible with the Brand Hub image processor.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

Files with a (n) appending their name can be stored on the Brand Hub. However, the system will not automatically generate a preview/thumbnail for them. If admins wish for these file types to show previews/thumbnails, they can be added manually.
Files with a (p) appending their name can be processed by the Brand Hub and will automatically preview when uploaded to the Brand Hub. Administrators can overwrite this with a custom preview/thumbnail if required

All archive file formats will not have a preview image automatically generated by the Brand Hub.
